Tossed spinach and potato salad
I wanted a fast but very flavor full lunch that included spinach. And when it comes to eating raw spinach - it`s a must that the dressing is incredible.
- 1/4 cup oliv oil
- 2 tbs. Apple cider vinegar
- 2 pressed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt and freshly grinded pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Chinese mustard
- 1 tbs. brown sugar
