Monday Morning

From a sugar loaded weekend with baked goodies, back to the gym and back on the treadmill. I cannot wait to get my sweat on this week in many work outs! I instructed a Spinning class this AM and it felt so right. Now I`m enjoying a plate of banana oatmeal porridge.

For this week I am hoping to get started on more weight training again, plus I wanna tackle a few runs outside.
I love how our bodies can just get right back into things when we set our hearts on it. Whether it is starting over with a work out routine, or simply adding a few activities that will help us feel healthy and well.
