Morning snack

One healthy powerhouse of a fruit is grapefruit. Reading up on the benefits here, makes me confident in choosing this as a snack throughout my days.

This one in particular was sweet, juicy and not too sour. For me this is one of those fruits I can get enough off =) Some years back I tried eating at least 2 a day, and it left me with a sour mouth and a serious "hatred" towards the fruit. Now I just have it every once in a while and it`s enjoyable ;)
