Vanilla Macarons

Remember my lavender Meltaway cookies? The phenomenal cookie recipe that are both gluten and egg free. I pulled up the recipe and switched it around a little, today i call them Vanilla Macarons. I used powdered vanilla sugar, and the cream is a vanilla mascarpone icing.
